The information provided should not be used as a substitute for professional advice. We make no claims regarding the accuracy of predictions.

3. How Reports Are Generated

Life Map Insight reports are created through automated AI-powered analysis:

Mathematical Calculations: Your birth date, time, and location are converted into numerical patterns using deterministic algorithms.
AI Language Processing: These patterns are interpreted by Anthropic Claude to generate analysis text.
No Human Review: Reports are generated automatically without human astrologer review or intervention.

The mathematical calculations are deterministic and reproducible. The interpretive language is AI-generated and may vary slightly between generations.

4. Intellectual Property

The visual design, algorithms, and content of Life Map Insight are the exclusive property of the site owner.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Life Map Insight be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

Refund Policy

At Life Map Insight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your report, we offer a simple and fair refund policy.

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 3 days of purchase. Given the digital nature of our reports, this window provides sufficient time to review your data while protecting our intellectual property.

Exceptions & Special Cases

Policy Abuse & Fraud Prevention:

We believe in trust, but we monitor for refund abuse to protect our service. Intentional misuse of this policy—such as requesting refunds for multiple reports after downloading them—is considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

In such cases:

Refund requests will be denied.
Your email may be blacklisted from future purchases.
We reserve the right to take further action to prevent financial fraud.

Outside 3-Day Window:

Requests made after the 3-day period are generally not eligible for a refund, except in cases of verified technical delivery failure where the report was never received.

Technical Issues:

If your report was not delivered or contained incorrect data due to a system error, we will either re-generate the report or issue a full refund immediately, regardless of the 3-day window.

What Happens to Your Report?

After a refund is issued, you may keep the report you received. We do not revoke access to already downloaded files. We believe in good faith—if you paid for it, it's yours to keep.
